Richard Dees said that should Donald Trump repeal the estate tax if elected president that must last for more than a year or “people will be worried about it coming back or worried about what its lost revenue is being replaced by.” Mr. Dees added that with any repeal the courts may have to interpret issues affecting estate or generation-skipping taxes.
