GN Netcom Denied New Trial in $600M Antitrust Row

Russell Hayman, Jon Dean, Rita Yoon and Sarah Walters were co-counsel for headphone maker Plantronics in a $600 million antitrust case where a jury took little more than an hour to rule in Plantronics’ favor. The Delaware federal judge who oversaw the case has rejected plaintiff GN Netcom’s request to revive the suit.
