Banks Brown represented the American Hospitality & Lodging Association, which joined with other major hospitality organizations asking the FCC to rule that its management of Wi-Fi networks on hotel premises doesn’t violate Section 333 of the Communications Act, even though it may interfere with an unlicensed device used by a guest on the property.
