McDermott Sees Further Growth of its Corporate & Transactional Capabilities in London

Alan Gar (partner) and Elisabeth Moseley (counsel) are new members of the London office corporate and transactional practice, both coming from other UK law firms. Mr. Gar advises retail and investment banks, funds, insolvency practitioners and corporates on restructuring and insolvency matters. Ms. Mosely focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the oil & gas and mining sectors.
