Andrew Liazos addressed, at an Employee Benefits session of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation meeting in San Diego, various executive compensation concerns raised by the new tax law. He noted, for example, that it is unclear how hundreds of millions of dollars in outstanding nonqualified deferred compensation will beaffected by the law’s transition rule.
