Overview
Darren Azman is co-counsel to an ad hoc committee of cargo owners and related parties that have potential cargo claims against Hanjin Shipping, the world’s seventh-largest container shipping firm, which has filed for Chapter 15 relief. Mr. Azman said the committee is working with several cargo interest holders to review cargo claims.
