Timothy Walsh and Darren Azman will lead McDermott’s joint effort with another law firm to form an ad hoc committee of cargo owners and related parties with potential claims against bankrupt Hanjin Shipping Co. Mr. Azman said these parties could include cargo owners, insurance providers and third party administrators. McDermott’s Seoul-based office will assist in the representation.
