Overview
Roy Larson, who joined the Miami office as partner from another global law firm, centers his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and public offerings, corporate governance matters, capital raises and joint ventures. Mr. Larson called McDermott one of the best, if not the best, corporate practices in Miami, and said firm’s private equity and health care transactional practice were also a “natural fit” for his own practice.
