Michael Austin has left his former major law firm hiring and litigation leadership roles to rejoin McDermott as a Miami partner focused on health care and private equity litigation. Mr. Austin has worked with providers — including hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers and physician practice groups — and investors, on a wide array of health care litigation concerns.
