Todd Harrison led the McDermott team that secured a Georgia federal jury’s not-guilty verdict, after just three hours of deliberation, for a former hedge fund manager accused of insider trading. Mr. Harrison said the case “was another example of the government overreaching in insider trading” charges, and he praised the jury for “avoiding a wrongful conviction of an innocent man.” Other members of the McDermott team were Allison Fleischer, Andrew Tomback, David Chen and Karen Eisenstadt.
