Stephen Ryan, representing University of Texas System Regent Wallace Hall in possible impeachment proceedings, concluded that the leak of a background report submitted to a legislative committee handling the matter shows that the committee is “engaged in a campaign to influence public impressions of Regent Hall for political purposes.” Mr. Ryan suggested that the committee either “authorized selective dissemination of the draft report to deflect from its own failures, or cannot control its own processes.” Read the full article
