Highlight Event and Entertainment AG’s €64.5 Million Acquisition of Ahares in Highlight Communications AG from Constantin Medien AG

Philipp Grenzebach, with Simon Weiß and Christian Krohs, provided corporate, capital markets and antitrust advice to German media group Constantin Medien AG on the sale of 12.4 million shares in Highlight Communications AG to Highlight Event and Entertainment AG, raising approximately € 64.5 million.
