Hitachi, China CNR Consortium Remain as Final Bidders for Finmeccanica Railway Assets – Report

McDermott was mentioned as legal advisor to a consortium led by China CNR Corporation as bidder for Italian defense group Finmeccanica’s rail signal unit, Ansaldo STS, and a fully-owned unit, Ansaldo Breda. Finmeccanica reportedly will pick the buyer for the railway assets by the end of October.
