Eugene Goldman, in this Associated Press story which appeared in numerous media outlets, said of the Attorney General’s call for raising caps on whistleblower incentives that, given the Justice Department’s enforcement success with the current caps, “Congress will be in need of evidence that it’s necessary for the caps to be raised. Their review of the issue will take quite some time.”
