Overview
Roy Larson, the former managing partner of another major law firm’s Miami office, joined McDermott as a partner in the beginning of July. Mr. Larson, who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity and public offerings, called McDermott one of the best corporate practices in Miami and a “natural fit” for his own practice.
