Honeywell, in Motion Over Ballots, Contends Asbestos Claims Holders Already Have Been Exposed

Darren Azman, representing Honeywell International in California federal bankruptcy court for an asbestos-related bankruptcy matter, provided a letter to the court rejecting concerns that making ballots cast by holders of asbestos claims public would unnecessarily expose the medical conditions of alleged victims. Significant portions of those records are already publicly accessible on the court’s docket, Mr. Azman pointed out.
