Honeywell Invokes Public Right to Ch. 11 Asbestos Docs

Darren Azman, who with Peter Sacripanti and John Calandra represents Honeywell International in seeking release of Delaware bankruptcy exhibits identifying thousands of asbestos claimants in Chapter 11 cases, said “there has been absolutely no evidence submitted to the court that would justify keeping this information secret.” Mr. Azman added that secrecy would keep “asbestos fraud in the shadows.”
