Overview
Terrence Dee, Michelle Lowery, Katharine O’Connor and Kaitlin Sheehan represent Southern Illinois Healthcare in an antitrust suit against the hospital chain in Illinois federal court. The McDermott lawyers seek to disqualify the lead attorney bringing the suit because he is also a key witness in the case and responsible for much of the business affairs of the outpatient surgery center plaintiff.
