Hospitals Can Seek Limits on Private Docs in FTC Merger Suit

David Hanselman Jr., Ashley Fischer and Kaitlin Sheehan secured agreement from an Illinois federal judge that four Chicago-area health care providers they represent can intervene in an FTC suit opposing the merger of two other area hospitals. The intervenors seek restrictions on certain confidential information subpoenaed by the agency.
