Hospitals Told In-House Counsel Can’t See Competitors’ Docs

David Hanselman, Ashley Fischer and Kaitlin Sheehan secured an Illinois magistrate judge’s agreement that confidential information requested by the FTC from their Chicago-area hospital clients in antitrust litigation over the merger of two other hospitals can be restricted to outside counsel only.
