McDermott advised Brazil’s largest menswear retailer, Grupo Colombo, on its agreement to merge with Garnero Group Acquisition Co., a public investment vehicle formed to effect a merger, in a deal valued at $330 million. The combined company will remain listed on the Nasdaq and be renamed Garnero Colombo Inc.
