Overview
Jeff Miller, who entered Congress in 2001 and served as chairman of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee for six years before retiring at the end of 2016, is a new senior legislative adviser for McDermott. Mr. Miller also served eight years on the House Intelligence Committee and was a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee, and will focus on veterans and military issues among other concerns.
