McDermott was among a limited number of top 100 US law firms which responded to a recent survey on their sexual harassment policies. McDermott’s response cited such positive steps as a stronger sexual harassment policy, upgraded compliance training, and an expanded Women’s Summit program to facilitate discussions on how the Firm can become a better workplace for women.
