HP Cleared By Jury in Ethernet Patent Suit

David Dolkas, Jodi Benassi, Natalie Bennett and Hersh Mehta were co-counsel for Hewlett Packard as a jury in the Eastern District of Texas cleared the company of infringing an Ethernet patent owned by a patent-licensing entity, which has generated millions of dollars in licensing fees from the patent.
