Andrew Liazos said the new SEC rule requiring public companies to report the ratio of CEO and median employee compensation has been delayed as “the result of the many comments about the difficulty of doing this. Suffice it to say that companies are going to have to spend time trying to figure out how they’re going to go about compiling the data.”
