Charles Weir and Jason Strabo were among the lawyers who secured a California federal court’s dismissal of a proposed consumer class action against a major food company’s pet food unit. The suit alleged the unit used forced offshore labor and should disclose that on its product labels, but the court ruled that federal law defines what information labels should show.
