Timothy Walsh, who with Darren Azman continues to represent the creator of several popular TV shows in litigation over the bankruptcy of the shows’ producer, said a court ruling that ended the client’s consulting contracts with the producer was disappointing, but the client could still either work with the reorganized company following bankruptcy, or file a competing Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan.
