Todd Solomon said “there is no good answer” for employers in the Department of Justice lawsuit against North Carolina for violating civil rights laws by passing a bill alleged to discriminate against transgender men and women. Mr. Solomon urged employers to “keep doing what you have been doing and wait for it to play out,” and although he predicted the state will ultimately back down, “it will make for an interesting fight if they want to go to the mat on it.”
