Enrico Raso and Oscar Arcà were among the McDermott lawyers involved as the Anglo-American private equity fund JZ International acquired the majority of the capital of the RAEE Services Center. Now named TREEE, the company will expand its collection, treatment and recycling of electrical and electronic waste.
