Jennifer Mikulina, recipient of the International Trademark Association’s Volunteer Award for Pro Bono Services Provided by Individuals, said that in law school she “was drawn to the issues that arose in trademark law and the focus on protecting consumers from confusion. I also really enjoy learning about new products (and their brands) before they launch!” Ms. Mikulina advised young trademark lawyers to “take on a variety of opportunities and work for as many people as possible.
