Henrik Holzapfel commented on Germany’s new legislation that changes the way trade secrets are protected. “If you continue what you have been doing in the past, you may have no protection any longer,” said Holzapfel. “The good news is that if you adapt to the new law and put into place adequate measures of protection, then you have a stronger position than you had in the past.”
