Investor Group Works with McDermott to Take Over Zero

Matthias Kampshoff, Uwe Goetker and Philipp Kutscher, all focused on restructuring law in the Düsseldorf office, advised a Swiss-led investor group on its purchase of the women’s fashion chain Zero, which had filed for bankruptcy in April 2016.
