IP Bills Have Momentum in New Congress

Paul Devinsky predicted that, with the new Republican majority in the Senate, “There’s going to be another wave of patent reform in the next Congress. It’s unclear what form the bill will take, but there’s little chance the patent debate on Capitol Hill will end anytime soon.”
