Overview
Ira Coleman was profiled for his election as McDermott Chair effective January 1, 2017. Mr. Coleman (who’s planning to move his representation of clients down to less than 50% of his time) stressed that Firm members should have “a lot of happiness and satisfaction in their work” because if they “are happy and doing terrific work, they’re going to make themselves indispensable to the clients, and the client’s going to give back to you.”
