Jean Pawlow said an IRS court order that Facebook turn over documents regarding a 2010 restructuring shows “that the IRS is a little frustrated with Facebook.” Ms. Pawlow continued that “ignoring an order would be quite severe—I don’t expect Facebook to ignore the judge’s order,” but added, “Ignoring a summons request is not as unusual as you might think.”
