ITC Finds US Olive Industry Harmed by Spanish Subsidies

Raymond Paretzky, Carolyn Gleason, David Levine and Benjamin Kostrzewasuccessfully represented the Coalition for Fair Trade in Ripe Olives, as the US International Trade Commission determined due to the Coalition’s complaint that domestic olive production has been damaged by government-subsidized olive imports from Spain sold at less than fair value.
