Frederic Firestone, Michael Ungar, James Commons, Alison Nadel and Irene Firippis continue among the counsel to one of two former executives of bankrupt ITT Educational Services, and have filed a motion in Indiana federal court seeking to narrow the scope of SEC fraud allegations against the executives and asking for partial summary judgment.
