Stephen Ryan, commenting on the strong February jobs market report, said President Trump “should claim credit for all of the good things that are happening now, because he’s going to be responsible for the bad things that happen during his four-year watch as well.” Mr. Ryan added that, going forward, “if there’s a belief that the economy’s gonna grow under a particular president, then…some of those become self-fulfilling prophecies.”
