Jon Dean was noted as one of the McDermott lawyers who gave Diablo Technologies a nearly complete victory following a two-week federal jury trial over integrated circuit intellectual property claims brought by Netlist. Following the verdict Mr. Dean urged the court to reject Netlist’s effort to delay dissolving an injunction against Diablo. “We’ve just heard from the jury in this case, and Netlist now seems to want to delay the relief we’re seeking, simply because [the company] wants to file another motion rehashing the issues in this case,” Mr. Dean said.
