Jury Rejects Trade Secrets Claims Against Diablo In Chip Row

Overview

Fabio Marino called it “a classic come from behind victory” that a California federal jury rejected Netlist’s claims that Diablo Technologies Inc. allegedly sold chips based on stolen technology, instead finding that Diablo had not misappropriated Netlist trade secrets. “The jury saw that the plaintiff was trying to take credit for our client’s hard work. We are very pleased that Diablo can now put this litigation behind it and get back to business,” Mr. Marino said. Russell Hayman, Jon Dean, Natalie Bennett, A. Marisa Chun, Barrington Dyer, Nitin Gambhir, Laura Kieran Kieckhefer, Teri H.P. Nguyen and Tala Toufanian also represented Diablo.
