Kan. Lawmakers OK Sweeping Tax Bill as Gov. Insinuates Veto

Katie Quinn commented on new Kansas tax legislation that is meant to decouple from certain federal foreign income tax provisions and tax remote sellers. She explained that if the bill is vetoed, the state would be at risk of inviting litigation if it doesn’t remove GILTI and deferred foreign income from its tax base.
