Sarah Brosuggested that a trademark lawsuit between the Kardashian Family and Kroma Makeup EU LLC could be headed for arbitration because “arbitration is a private process between the parties and the arbitrator, while litigation is carried out in a public courtroom.” Ms. Bro added that arbitration is also less costly, less time-consuming and more flexible than open trial.
