Robert Cordy’s retirement from the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and return to McDermott’s Boston office was ranked among “the most notable” lateral moves in August 2016. “My reason for selecting McDermott was not only my comfort level with many of the partners there, but also their international platform has a lot of importance to me,” Mr. Cordy said at the time.
