Latest 340B Reform Bill Unlikely to Fix Core Problems, Say Analysts

Emily Cook and Eric Zimmerman were cited as authors of a report which questioned whether the proposed HELP Act would bring positive change to the 340B drug program. Ms. Cook said in a follow-up interview that although data access remains one of the most significant challenges facing the 340B program, the Act’s proposal for claim-level drug identification “would likely represent a significant cost to the providers.”
