ROME (April 4, 2016) – For the second time, McDermott’s Italian Tax Practice has been awarded ‘Law Firm of the Year for Transfer Pricing in Italy’ at the Italian LegalCommunity Tax Awards 2016 ceremony, held on 22 March in Milan.
The LegalCommunity Awards, now in their fifteenth year, aim to bring out the excellence of the legal market in Tax sector. This accolade adds to the collection of awards McDermott’s Italian Tax Practice received in the past three years, including ‘Law Firm of the Year for Tax Restructuring in Italy’ in 2015 and ‘Law Firm of the Year for Transfer Pricing in Italy’ in 2014.
The award bolsters McDermott’s recognition as a premier tax practice in Italy. The team includes partners Carlo Maria Paolella, Mario Martinelli and Andrea Tempestini, counsel Simone Serretti, and associates Federico Bortolameazzi, Alessio Persiani and Giuseppe Mazzarella.
