John Callahan, who advises on M&A for health care clients, discussed the growth in marketing activity and resources devoted to the Firm’s 110-lawyer health care group. “We have a budget, we plan strategy collectively, and the lawyers work only in that area,” Mr. Callahan said about the group. “It’s a single-entity group. It has a P&L; it has a leader.”
