McDermott’s competition law practice of 40 partners was ranked number five among major law firms. The ranking noted that McDermott frequently represents companies in FTC and DOJ proceedings, as well as in class actions, and that while the Firm’s antitrust practice is grounded in Washington its competition reach also extends to locales such as Brussels and Rome.
