Wilson Chu has been named a member of the Law360 2018 Mergers & Acquisitions editorial advisory board, which provides feedback on current and future Law360 coverage of the M&A field. Among other credentials Mr. Chu created the M&A Deal Points Studies published by the American Bar Association’s M&A Committee, for which he is the incoming chair.
