Stephen Ryan said that the leak of a draft report to a legislative committee investigating impeachment action against his University of Texas Regent client shows that “the committee appears either to have authorized selective dissemination of the draft report to deflect attention from its failures, or cannot control its own processes.” Mr. Ryan added that the leak reinforces the public perception that the investigation is “intended to stop efforts led by Regent Hall to bring specific abuses to light and permit specific individuals to be held accountable.” Read the full article
