Bobbi Bierhals commented with regard to the financial strategies lawyers use in retirement planning, “We’re lawyers, so I’m not sure we’re really good market-timers.” Ms. Bierhals recommended that lawyers advantage of dips in the market using such strategies as estate planning and retirement plan conversions that capitalize on an investor’s ability to pay taxes when a retirement fund has less value.
